12 noon to 8pm — beading! Me, Mom, and Deb. We finished both sleeves and about half of the forepart. Mom took the forepart home to finish herself, and she also took the trim home to pearl, if she has time.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow, I’ll assemble the inner sleeves and hopefully get to all the fastenings.<\/p>\n
Then, assemble the underskirt so I can attach the forepart when Mom finishes that. Hem the overskirt. Start ruff and hat. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!<\/p>\n

It was also pretty fun to sit and sew with them all day. Like an old-fashioned quilting bee or something. We chatted and sewed and girl-talked and had lunch and teased the cats. Nice way to spend a rainy day. They both rock!!!<\/p>\n
