{"id":6218,"date":"2023-10-22T13:23:56","date_gmt":"2023-10-22T20:23:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trystancraft.com\/costume\/?p=6218"},"modified":"2023-10-22T13:23:56","modified_gmt":"2023-10-22T20:23:56","slug":"gothic-mucha-maiden-at-costume-college","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trystancraft.com\/costume\/2023\/10\/22\/gothic-mucha-maiden-at-costume-college\/","title":{"rendered":"Gothic Mucha Maiden at Costume College"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;d already worn my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trystancraft.com\/costume\/2023\/09\/20\/velvet-aesthetic-tea-gown\/\">velvet teagown<\/a> for two different Mucha-themed events when a group of friends suggested a Mucha meetup at Costume College 2023. As much as I love that teagown, I really did not want to wear it again this year and especially not in L.A. in late July! So I went about assembling a more summer-weight Mucha costume, though still, as always, in my gothy fashion.<\/p>\n<p>It began with this &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.etsy.com\/listing\/1180781860\/kasai-goddess-prom-dress-greek-goddess\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">greek goddess&#8221; type dress<\/a> I bought from The Linen Atelier on Etsy. Mine is in black cotton and custom-fit to my size. Highly recommended, btw.
