AlterYears corset pattern

AlterYears corset pattern

Grrrr… my second renaissance corset SUCKED ASS. The tabs looked like mutilated little fingers. But they looked so nice on paper! So now I’ve wasted the last of my black coutil, phooey. I went back to the original pattern and drew out three basic square tabs on each side, following the image in the instructions.

Note, the AlterYears untabbed renaissance corset pattern uses the *same* instructions for the tabbed and untabbed corset. Would it have killed them to include the tabbed pattern in the same envelope as the untabbed??? Thus saving me the trouble of drawing the damn tabs in myself? because I drew them in all curvy and cutesy at first, which was the sucky finger-like version that I sewed up earlier this evening. Scary bad. Now I’ve re-drawn and cut them like the pattern I didn’t buy intended. Off to go try again.

I frickin’ hate corsetry.
